A follow up from the making of Durain Mousse Cake... :)
I like this recipe a lot as it is very simple & fun to do.
Minimum fuss & excellent taste....
If you do not like Durain Mousse, you can always change it to custard cream, or chocolate cream.
Add some coated chocolate on the puff and make the shape of the puff longer.. you will have Chocolate Eclairs!
